The Site King Architecture & Compliance
The Site King retains exclusive ownership and all rights, title, and interest in and to the "Intellectual Engine" used to develop the site. This includes, but is not limited to: custom source code, proprietary logic, backend frameworks, specialized server-side configurations, and unique architectural methodologies.
Upon final payment, the Client is granted a Perpetual, Non-Exclusive License to operate the final visual output. This is a license to use, not a transfer of the "intellectual intellect" or trade secrets. Any attempt to replicate, resell, or distribute TSK proprietary code is strictly prohibited.
Every digital asset built by The Site King is engineered to the following technical standards:
Architectural timelines depend on client feedback. The Site King reserves the right to "Freeze" a project if client assets are not provided within 14 days. Projects idle for more than 30 days are subject to a 15% Re-Activation Fee.
Upon notification of milestone completion, the Client has seven (7) business days to provide feedback. If no feedback is received, work is Deemed Accepted and any balance becomes immediately due.

We collect essential data only. Traffic is encrypted via SSL. We utilize AI for security auditing but never expose proprietary client data to public models. Contact: Legal Department.
We utilize Generative AI for code optimization. All outputs are manually reviewed and hardened by a human architect to ensure compliance with our Engineering Protocol.
The Client is solely responsible for the accessibility of their specific content and third-party tools. The Site King is not liable for associated legal claims.
The Client agrees not to solicit or hire personnel associated with The Site King without written consent and a buyout fee equal to 50% of annual compensation.
The Site King is not liable for third-party outages or browser-side software changes. Liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific project tier.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Legal proceedings shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of the Contractor’s primary base of operations within these states.
Enforcement: The Site King reserves the absolute right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies available under the law to enforce the terms of this agreement and protect its proprietary assets. This includes, but is not limited to, the recovery of all legal fees, court costs, and associated expenses incurred in the defense or pursuit of our intellectual property and contractual rights.
